The Handbook of Australian Meat 7th edition (International Red Meat Manual) was released in 2005 and is available in other Languages.
The English version is available through AUS-MEAT for AUD$99.00 inc GST.
Other Language versions of the Handbook of Australian Meat are available through Meat and Livestock Australia and their appropriate International Regional Offices. Translated versions available are: Japanese / Korean / Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese / Spanish.
MLA is endeavouring to publish an Arabic and French version of the Handbook of Australian Meat in 2007/08.
The CD-ROM version is also available and contains most translated language versions. English / Japanese / Korean / Simplified Chinese / Spanish are included on the one CD ROM.
